Q1. How many friends can I invite to TADA via the “Invite a Friend” feature?

A1. You can invite an unlimited number of friends and receive a $25 Ride voucher the moment your friend completes his/her 1st ride within 14 days upon signing up on TADA.

Q2. I have invited my friend via the link. Why have I not received the ride voucher?

A2. To qualify, your invited friend must be a new TADA user. He or she will need

a) to sign up for a TADA account;

b) complete the first ride within 14 days upon sign-up.

Q3. Where can I find my ride vouchers?

A3. A ride voucher will be issued to you automatically after a friend who you invite completes his first ride on TADA. It will be stored at ‘My Vouchers’. The ride discount will not be automatically applied when you request a ride. You will need to select the voucher before you make a booking.

Q4. Does my friend need to complete his first ride within a period of time so that I can receive the $25 reward ride voucher?

A4. Yes, your invited friend has to complete their first ride within 14 days from the date of registration.

Q5. Can I give my friend my referral code instead of inviting him via the link? What’s the difference?

A5. When your friend downloads the app and signs up via the link, your referral code will be auto-filled during his sign-up process. Alternatively, when you give your friend your referral code directly, he will need to fill it in manually during the sign-up. In both scenarios, you will be identified as the referrer.

Q6. My friend has completed his first ride on TADA. Why have I not received the ride voucher?

A6. Your friend needs to complete the first ride within 14 days from the date of registration in order for you to qualify for the reward ride voucher.

If you invite your friend by giving him your referral code, there may be a chance that he forgets to fill in the code during the signup. When the referral code field is left vacant during sign-up, none of you receive the ride vouchers as the “invite” will not be logged by the system.

Q7. Will the ride vouchers expire?

A7. Yes, both the ride voucher for your friend and your ride voucher will expire in 14 days from the date of Issuance.

Q8. How will my friend receive the ride voucher?

A8. After downloading the TADA App and signing up for an account, two $25 ride vouchers will be issued to your friend’s app instantly and can be found at My Vouchers. The voucher is applicable for only card payments at the moment.

Q9. Does the person I invite have to register TADA using a local mobile number?

A9. Yes, only friends who register with a local mobile number (+852) can enjoy the reward ride vouchers.

Q10. Will I be notified when my friend completes his first ride on TADA?

A10. No, you will not. However, you can refer to My Vouchers in your app to know the total number of ride vouchers you have received to date.
