Q1. What if I decided to cancel after incurring a waiting time fee?
A1. A cancellation fee of $15 will be charged if you cancel the trip after the driver has arrived at the pick-up point for more than 4 minutes.
*This does not count towards your 5 cancellations quota in a week.

Q2. How will the waiting time fee be charged?
A2. If a waiting time fee has been incurred, the fee will automatically be added to the final fare at the end of the trip.
If you cancel after the driver has arrived at the pick-up point and waited for more than 4 minutes, there will be a $15 cancellation fee charged immediately upon cancellation for Credit card payments. For Cash payments, the $15 cancellation fee will roll over to the next trip that you book.

Q3. What are the waiting time fee charges?
A3. You will be charged $4.00 after the grace period, for every 2 minute block after the driver has arrived at the pick-up point as booked.
