Q1. Are my pets allowed to be both on the seats/floor of the vehicle?

A1. To ensure pet safety, pets are highly recommended to be placed or sat on the floor with leashed/carrier.

Q2. What should I do if I am allergic/uncomfortable with the condition of the vehicle after the driver has done a pet service previously?

A2. Driver-partners must always ensure their vehicle is kept clean and in satisfactory condition before every trip. However, if you feel that the vehicle is in unsatisfactory condition, you may write to us at [e-mail].

Q3. Do I have to put on a seatbelt or fasten down my pet during a ride?

A3. There is no need to fasten your pet or use a pet seat belt. However, your pet must be kept leashed or in a carrier during the entire trip depending on the service you have picked.
