The auto-accept feature must be turned off to use this function.

"My Destination" trips will be automatically assigned to you, and you must accept these trips.
Only driver partners with an acceptance rate of 90% or higher are eligible for this feature.

Q3: How do I accept a "My Destination" job?

Q4: It is incentive day. Will jobs done using this feature be counted?

Q5: What happens when I cancel a job received through My Destination?
A5: If you cancel a "My Destination" job before reaching the pickup point, it will count as one use of the feature. Since "My Destination" trips allow you to select your destination, it is recommended that you complete the trips assigned to you________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Q6: Can I cancel a "My Destination" job if the rider has excess luggage, and is it possible to reset the daily usage limit?
A6: You may cancel the job if the rider has too much luggage. The trip count for “My Destination” will be returned to you.________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Q7: Do I still need to acknowledge if I am currently not on any jobs?
A7: Please ensure that you acknowledge the job upon receiving it.________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Q8: If the rider cancels while I'm en route to the pickup point, does it count as a "My Destination" use?
A8: The rider cancellation will not count towards 1 use of the feature.________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Q9: Why do I not have the My Destination feature?
A9: To use My Destination, you must maintain an AR of 90% and above. The AR is calculated on the most recent 50 trips you have accepted, so be sure to complete the trips you've accepted to maintain a high AR.________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Q10: If Riders request a “Change of Destination” halfway through the trip, what do I do? Can I reject it?
A10: Yes, the riders are allowed to perform “Change of Destination”. However, you still have the right to reject or accept the change of destination request.________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Q11: Would I receive multiple trips to reach My Destination?
A11: No. You will only receive 1 trip for each use of My Destination.

Q12: Does “My Destination” Job include multi-stop trips?
A12: Yes, you may be assigned a 2-stop trip. However, rest assured that the trip’s destination (2nd Stop) will always be near your selected location for “My Destination”
