Waiting Time Fee Policy

Q1. What are the waiting time fee charges?

A1.

The waiting time charges are $4 after the first 3 minutes of waiting, and $4 for every subsequent 2 minutes of waiting at the pick-up point. (This will be automatically calculated and added to the final trip fare)

• You have to press "I've Arrived" at the pick-up point to receive any waiting time fee.

Q2. I've arrived and waited more than 3 minutes but did not receive any waiting time fee.

A2.

1. You have to press "I've Arrived" at the pick-up point as booked to receive any waiting time fee.
2. There will be a prompt to inform you that you have pressed "I've Arrived" when you are not at the correct pick-up point. If you proceed to press "continue", the waiting time fee will be waived.
