Q1: What are the actions taken for "misbehaved" drivers? What if a rider complains about the driver?
A1: TADA takes a neutral third-party stand and would assess each report on a case-by-case basis. Investigation will be conducted and we will hear from both rider and driver because both parties are equally important and respected by TADA. We believe in building a driver and rider-friendly community that is fair and will be enjoyed by all when using our services.

Q2: Can I still drive for other platforms if I drive with TADA? Can I drive part-time for TADA?
A2: Of course! While our wish is to have you as a loyal TADA driver, the decision of driving for other platforms / part-time is entirely flexible and up to you. You are free to use multiple app platforms to increase your earnings.
