Q1. How do I change / update my bank account number for cashing out my cashless trip earnings?
A1. You may update your bank details by going into Menu > Settings > Update Driver Documents > Banking Details

Q2. What are the navigational map options?
A2. The default map used in TADA is "Google Maps". However, if you would like to use "Waze", please download it onto your phone and TADA would automatically detect "Waze" and use it as the new default map.

Q3. Where can I give reviews for my rider?
A3. You'd be prompted to review the rider immediately after the trip is completed too. Alternatively, you can review the rider under "Ride History" up till 3 days after the trip is completed too.
