Q1: Why was my "Auto Accept" job cancelled by the system?
A. When the driver receives an Auto Accept job, they will be required to press the Acknowledge button. Should the driver fail to acknowledge the job card within 3 minutes, the system will auto-cancel the ride and drivers will incur a cancellation fee and a penalty.

Q2: What is "Auto Accept"?
A2: "Auto Accept" is a feature that automatically assigns jobs to you.
This is an optional feature for drivers to improve their experience while using TADA. We expect drivers who use this feature to be responsible and commit to trips that were assigned to them.
How it works:
- When you turn on "Auto Accept", trips within 1.5km will be automatically assigned to you.
- Drivers with "Auto Accept" turned on will be prioritised for back-to-back job orders.
- You may still manually accept trips outside of the "Auto Accept" distance.

Q3: Is “Auto Accept” compulsory for drivers to turn on?
A3: “Auto Accept” is an optional feature for drivers. Please only toggle it on when you are readily available to accept any trips that may be assigned to you.

Q6: Why do I not have the "Auto Accept" feature?
A6: Starting from 30 Apr 2025, only drivers with a 90% or more acceptance rate (AR) will have the feature enabled for them. It is only available to drivers who have consistently demonstrated that they will not cancel jobs that they have accepted.
*Acceptance rate is based on the most recent 50 trips that a driver has accepted. Your AR can be refreshed when you complete trips without cancellation.

Q7: I am assigned a job through "Auto Accept" that I do not wish to complete.
A7: The feature is designed for drivers who are fully available to accept any jobs. We strongly encourage drivers to turn on the feature only when they are solely driving on the TADA Platform.

Q8: What happens if I cancel a job assigned to me through "Auto Accept"?
A8: Drivers who cancel "Auto Accept" jobs, will not be able to use the feature as follows:
| "Auto Accept" Cancellation Count | Duration of Penalty | Cancellation Fee |
|---|---|---|
| 1st-3rd Cancellation | N/A | $3/cancellation |
| 4th Cancellation onward | 72 hours | $3/cancellation |
We will reset your cancellation count after 72 hours if you have not cancelled any trips during this period.
We will closely monitor all driver’s cancellation(s) received through "Auto Accept". If any driver is found continuously cancelling the jobs that are assigned to them, we would remove the feature from them completely without any prior notice.
"Auto Accept" is an optional feature for drivers to improve their experience while using TADA. We expect drivers who use this feature to be responsible and commit to trips that were assigned to them.
