Q1. Will normal jobs still appear if I have Pet Service turned on?
A1. You will still receive normal job cards when Pet Service is turned on.

Q2. What if a non-pet service rider cancels on me after I have arrived as they are allergic/not comfortable with the condition of the vehicle due to the presence of fur/smell from my previous pet service job?
A2. Driver-partners must always ensure their vehicle is kept in a clean and satisfactory condition before the start of every trip.

Q3 Will I be able to claim a cleaning fee from the riders if the pets dirtied my vehicle?
A3. Riders are responsible for ensuring their pets are clean and not dirty in the vehicle during a trip. In an unfortunate case where the pets dirty the vehicle, you may write to us at support_hk@tada.global.
*Excludes pet furs. Drivers are advised to use a seat cover when taking such jobs.

Q4. How to opt out of TADA Pet Service?
A4. Simply go to the Service Preference menu on the TADA Drivers app and toggle off "Pet Service".

Q5. Will I still receive pet jobs if either Auto Accept or My Destination is turned on?
A5. You will still receive pet jobs if you have toggled on Auto Accept or My Destination.

Q6. What happens when I cancel a Pet Service job?
A6. The cancellation policy remains the same as regular jobs, and a cancellation fee of $3 will be applicable.

Q7. What is the additional earning for pet jobs
A7. Driver will earn additional $18 per trip for all pet jobs. The price shown on job card already included the additional service charge for pet service ride.

Q8. Will I be eligible for an incentive if I've picked up a TADA Pet Job?
A8. Yes, all TADA Pet jobs will count towards your driver's mission.
